It doesn’t matter if your only experience on the water is swimming in your pool, Team4You instructors will teach you the basics and make sure that your life jacket is snuggly fitted.

Then it is time for you to take to the water and explore the nature of the area from a unique perspective. Mountain goats, Ibex, eagles and wild boar are just some of the wildlife that you may be able to sight on the shores of the lake, and there are small rivers and inlets just waiting to be discovered. You will love the kayaking and canoeing experience for its unhurried and tranquil pace as you skim effortlessly across the water. One of our most popular activities and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, as well as being fantastic fun. Afterwards you can unwind at the lakeside and take in the truly stunning scenery.

Basic Mountain Climbing Skills

If you have ever pictured yourself on the top of Everest, or want to test yourself with an activity that lets you hit the heights – literally – then the Via Ferrata from Marbella is a must for you! Our experienced team of skilled instructors, several of whom have talked the highest peaks in Spain, will “show the ropes”.

After a full and inclusive safety briefing, the team will teach you basic mountain climbing skills and techniques, before you tackle the carefully prepared route. The Via Ferreta Marbella features team challenges such as “The Ladder”, which is a group activity, as well as the individual challenge of the “Tibet”-Bridge and the “Monkey”-Bridge, all of which take place 15-30m or a dizzying 80m above the ground. The closest experience you can get to real mountaineering without bumping into a Yeti, Via Ferrata Marbella is guaranteed to get your blood pumping – just don´t look down!

Team4You will take you on an underworld adventure that will amaze and astonish you. Caving, also known as speleology, is the underground exploration of natural or man-made caverns.

In the Caving Experience our guides lead you through natural underground passages and chambers. Many of them have been formed where ancient subterranean rivers and streams have carved into soft rocks such as limestone over millions of years. This really is a prehistoric adventure, though we haven’t discovered any dinosaurs. Yet. You’ll have a unique glimpse into another world. Cave systems have taken thousands of years to evolve their fantastic shapes and formations. Stalagtites and stalagmites found across the rocky cave floor and roofs are just two types of calcite formations that you will discover on this adventure.

Team4You experienced guides will lead you on this subterranean activity that demands a variety of adrenaline pumping skills, including climbing and abseiling, hiking and fell running and even swimming.
